We treat every day as a challenge to improve our business, whether it is researching the next new trade, improving some facet of our technology or spending time to discuss the wide range of ideas that influence our decisions on a day to day basis.
All of this is done within a consistent framework of objectively evaluating each decision and its impact on our long term goal of generating a superior risk adjusted return on our capital.
When solving the problems in trading we strive to be objective and honest with both our success and failure. We are constantly critical of our work, our results, and our assumptions about how the world works.
