Junior Traders

Junior traders work side by side with one of our senior traders. Responsibilities generally include trade execution, monitoring a book of complicated positions, monitoring proprietary systems and light programming. Responsibilities will grow with improved and demonstrated performance.

Superior candidates will generally possess:

• A strong quantitative background in mathematics or statistics
• Knowledge of a programming language (VBA, Python, C++, ect...)
• The ability to work and solve problems as part of a team, often in a high pressure environment
• A strong desire for knowledge and to understand how things work
• Superior communication skills

No prior financial experience or expertise is necessary.

Software Development

Junior Software Developers will work with senior developers and traders engineering the systems that allow us to both identify and execute profitable trades.

Superior candidates will generally possess:

• Strong programming and problem solving skills
• A strong quantitative background
• A superior knowledge of C++ and or Python
• Knowledge of UNIX os
• Excellent communication skills

No prior financial experience is necessary.

Quantitative Research

Quantitative researchers will work directly with our traders researching and developing new trades as well as refining existing strategies.

Superior candidates will generally possess:

• An advanced degree in mathematics or statistics
• Strong programming and problem solving skills
• A knowledge of C++ or Python
• Excellent communication skills

No prior financial experience is necessary.
